Retailer Return Policies

All products listed on HousePouch are aggregated from the below list of retailers. For return information, identify which retailer your purchased item originated from and find their information below. What can I return? You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Amazon between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Standard Shipping Items: If your Standard Shipping item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care within 72 hours. For other issues concerning Standard Shipping orders, call us within 30 days after delivery and we will either repair or replace the item. Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 30 days of delivery. For Standard Deliveries where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 30-day return period, consult the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Please note, return shipping fees apply. In-Home Delivery For Items Ordered Online: You have 72 hours after a Home Delivery of an online order to report if an item is delivered damaged, defective or if you are unhappy with it in any way. Call the phone number on your emailed order confirmation and we will work with you to repair, replace or pick up the item for a return. Items ordered online for In-Home Delivery with manufacturing defects discovered after the 72 hour return period may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any; please contact the customer service number listed in your emailed order confirmation for assistance.

Returns. You may return any of your Products within the first 100 days after your receipt of that particular product, subject to the process detailed conditions described for each product. You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased a Product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned.

If the products you purchased don't meet your expectations, please return to us for another solution or for a refund. However, a return for another solution or a refund will not be offered for products that have been successfully utilized and enjoyed for an extended period of time. For example, moving and/or no longer having a need for the product will not qualify. Returns without a receipt or with an original receipt after 120 days of the date of purchase will receive a Merchandise Credit card for either the lowest retail price of the product(s) within the last 90 days or the actual purchase price from the original receipt. Your name, address, phone number and a valid photo ID will be required to process returns without a receipt or with an original receipt that is older than 120 days (In CA - name and a valid photo ID will be required). Returns can be made at any store. There are no shipping or restocking fees if you make an in-store return. Returns may also be shipped to 500 Freeport Parkway, Suite 100, Coppell, Texas 75019 (shipping fees apply). Please call us toll-free at 1-888-CONTAIN (266-8246) if you have further questions.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned by mail or at any of our World Market store locations in original condition within 60 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the same form of tender as the original transaction. If you wish to return by mail outside of the 60-day policy for any reason, please contact World Market Customer Care at 1-877-967-5362, or, click here for our email help form.

Shoppers can return all other products within 14 days of the shipment delivery date as long as the item is in resalable condition. Once you receive and verify the return (and its condition), we’ll refund the shopper her money. We cannot issue store credit.

Return, damage and warranty policies can be found on the individual product pages, as well as in the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent when an order is shipped so that customers can be informed throughout the process about their options. Many of the products listed for sale on our site require restocking fees and/or return shipping to be paid by the customer in the event of a return. We are unable to deviate from these policies, so it's important that you check an individual product's policies before placing your order or requesting a return. Click on the "View return policy" link on any product page to view the individual vendor's policies. This can be found on the right hand side of the product listing under “Seller and Shipping Information.”

Our return policy has recently been updated. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept many merchandise returns within 180 days of purchase.

You can return purchases to any Pier 1 Imports store within the allowed return time. Purchases made at any of our stores or at pier1.com can be returned or exchanged at any Pier 1 Imports store within 45 days of the original purchase date. My Pier 1 Rewards members have 60 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange your purchase. For merchandise in its original condition, we will provide an exchange or refund in the original form of payment with your original or emailed receipt. If your receipt is older than the allowed return timeframe, we will provide an exchange or refund in the form of a merchandise credit for the current selling price. Without a receipt, if you have a valid photo ID, we'll provide an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price. This excludes specifically labeled merchandise, which may only be returned with your receipt.

Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, Target policy board (refund exceptions), Target.com or in the item department. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

Items purchased at Walmart.com may be returned either to a store or by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase. Items purchased from a Marketplace retailer cannot be returned to a Walmart store or to Walmart.com; they must be returned to their Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy. Please email the Marketplace retailer directly. Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not Walmart.com directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
